The error level. When the status becomes other than Good, all SIMs must be completed
(resolved) from the SVP to restore the status to Good.
Error Level
Good: No error occurs and the status is good.
Service: Does not require immediate attention and can be addressed during routine
maintenance.
Moderate: Does not require immediate attention and can be addressed during routine
maintenance.
Serious: Contact HP technical support. Follow up with technical support to verify that
the problem has been resolved. See “Troubleshooting” (page 131) for further
information.
Acute: Contact HP technical support. Follow up with technical support to verify that

Detail Dialog Box
When you select a row in the Alerts list, right-click, and select the Detail command, the Detail
dialog box (see Figure 32 (page 68)) opens with detailed information on the error. In addition to
the information provided on the Alerts list, the Detail dialog box provides the Error Section, Error
Detail, and Location for the selected row.
