The error level. When the status becomes other than Good, all SIMs must be completed
(resolved) from the SVP to restore the status to Good.
• Good: No error occurs and the status is good.
• Service: Does not require immediate attention and can be addressed during routine
maintenance.
• Moderate: Does not require immediate attention and can be addressed during routine
maintenance.
• Serious: Contact the Hitachi Data Systems Support Center. Follow up with the Support
Center to verify that the problem has been resolved. See Chapter 6 on page 153 for further
information.
• Acute: Contact the Hitachi Data Systems Support Center. Follow up with the Support

Error Level

• Complete: The SIM has been deleted from the SVP.
• Not Complete: The SIM has not been deleted.

Detail Dialog Box
When you select a row in the Status list, right-click, and select the Detail command in the pop-up
menu, detailed information about the error is displayed on the Detail dialog box (see Figure
31 on page 81). The Detail dialog box includes information onError Section, Error Detail and Location
for the selected row, in addition to information from the Status list.
