displayed by the HP Remote Web Console for HP storage system sof t ware.

Message Window Format
“Message Window Format” on page 13 illustrates the message window’s format:

X indicates the message level. There are four message levels, as shown below. All storage system
message panels display the following information:
• Message level:
Information
Warning
Fatal error
The server is unable to accept the request from Remote Web Console. One possible cause
is that some process i s in progress at the server. This message does not indicate an error.
• M essage text: Descriptive text that appears in the message window. It may include variables
%s
(character string) and %d (numeral). The values of these variables are determined when
processing is performed.
Note: Messageswithapartcode60xx (where xx is a two-digit number) are TrueCopy for
Mainframe or HP StorageWorks XP Continuous Access Software messages. This manual contains
TrueCopy for Mainframe messages only. If you are a Continuous Access user, note that:
• The word M-VOL in TrueCopy for M ainframe messages is e quivalent to P-VOL in Continuous
Access messages.
