Pair Operation Window
The Pair Operation window displays the volume and pair information for the selected CU image
on the connected storage system.
An LDEV number that ends with a pound or gate symbol (#) indicates that the LDEV is an external
volume (for example, 00:00:01 #). For details about the external volumes, see the HP StorageWorks
XP24000/XP20000 External Storage Software User Guide.
The Pair Operation window displays relationship information for Version 1 and Version 2 and
pair information for ShadowImage for Mainframe. However, this section explains only the items
related to Version 1 relationships. For details related to ShadowImage for Mainframe pairs, see
