1. Find the error code from the logs displayed on the RAID Manager window.

Error codes appear to the right side of SSB=. The last four digits of the alphanumeric characters
that appear to the left of the comma (,) indicate SSB1 (for example, B9E1). The last four
alphanumeric characters that appear to the right of the comma (,) indicate SSB2 (for example,
B901).
2. See Table 17 (page 70) and find the meaning of the error code.
