Troubleshooting XP Snapshot
Table 24 on page 74 shows problems that are likely to occur when using XP Snapshot. The table
describes the causes of the problems and what you should do to solve the problems.

Causes:
Pool is blocked.
Solutions:
Implement the measures in “Recovering blocked
pools” on page 77.
Pool information is not displayed.
Causes:
Pool-VOLs are blocked.
Solutions:
Implement the measures in “Recovering blocked
pools” on page 77. In addition, after the problem is solved, you
must complete the SIMs. If you do not, new SIMs cannot occur,
even if a pool is blocked again. For more information, see
Completing pool-related SIMs” on page 78.
