3-7-2 Changing Your Password
To change your own password:
1. Log on as a user with general user authority to open the XP Remote Web Console main pane.
2. Click Option (
) to open the User Control Panel. The Permission tab is the default view (see Figure 3-39).
3. Click the Password tab (see Figure 3-40).
4. Enter the current password in the Current Password box. Enter the new password in the New Password and
Re-enter New Password boxes.
5. Click Submit.
6. When a confirmation message is displayed, click OK. The new password is registered, and the information
on the Password tab is reset.
7. Click Exit (
) to close the User Information pane.
