The displayed items on the Port tab are as follows:
• The SLPR drop-down list allows you to display the information on a particular SLPR. Storage partition
administrators can only view the information relevant to their storage partition.
• The Port list displays the following information:
• SLPR: SLPR number and SLPR name.
• Port Name: Port name.
• Type indicates the type of port:
Fibre
NAS
Serial
Mfibre
• Host Speed: Data transfer speed for fibre-channel ports, in Gbps (Gigabits per second)
• Addr. (Loop ID): Address and Loop ID of port
• Fabric:
Enable indicates that a Fabric switch is being used.
Disable indicates that a Fabric switch is not being used
• Connection: Indicates the topology
FC-AL is fibre channel - arbitrated loop
P-to-P is point to point
• Attribute: Port attribute
