3-1-2-3 Status History Box
The Status History box (see Figure 3-11) is on the lower half of the Status tab.

The Status History box has the following features:
• Ref. Code displays the SIM Reference Code.
• Error Level displays the following error levels:
• Service: Does not require immediate attention, and is addressed during routine maintenance
• Moderate: Does not require immediate attention, and is addressed during routine maintenance
• Serious: Contact your HP account support representative.
• Acute: Contact your HP account support representative.
• Status displays either Complete (if the SIM has been deleted from the SVP) or Not Complete (if the error has
not been deleted).
• Date displays the date that the SIM occurred.
• Table 3-1 lists the environmental errors that can occur. Table 3-2 gives detailed information on the service
information message (SIM) severity levels and icons.
