Settings audit log file components display parameters for certain
functions, such as Modify for the ChangeMode operation.
For some operations, such as Paircreate, parameters display as
detailed information on the following line or lines. These detailed
parameters include an Index and the Values you set (see Figure
7).

Normal end. The operation has ended normally.
Error (xxxx-yyyyy). The operation has ended abnormally and an
error code displays.
Warning (xxxx-yyyyy). The operation has partly ended abnormally
or was canceled during the operation and an error code displays.
SVP operations do not output error codes. For more information,
contact your HP account support representative.
The sequence number of the saved log information (000000 to
999999). When the number reaches 999,999, it is reset to
000000.

Audit log files also contain the following symbols in detailed parameter information.

+ or - displays at the beginning of a line.+ and -
+ means the beginning of the index. The number of occurrences of + represents the number of
indents.
- means that the line continues from the previous line.
Connects an index and a setting value.=
When there is more than one setting value for one index, the setting values are enclosed by [ ],
and separated by a comma (,).

Syslog information file component
The syslog information file component includes information from the login audit log file and settings
audit log file components, including detailed information from the settings file. The following figure
shows an example.
