• V-VOL Group: V-VOL group I D. Select or enter a whole number from 1 to 81 92.
NOTE:
Do not enter a V-VOL group ID that another V-VOL group is already using. If you enter a V-VOL
group ID that another V-VOL group is already using and click Next, an error message appears. In
that case, select or enter a different number for the new V-VO L group ID.
• Emulation Type: V-VOL group's emulation type.
• CLPR:V-VOLgroup'sCLPR.
• Next button: Fixes settings in the New V-VOL Group pane, and displays the C reate V-VOL
wiz ard pane (1).
• Cancel button: Cancels settings in the N ew V-VOL Group pane, and closes the pane.

• Capacit y Unit: V-VOL's unit of capacity: MB (megabyte), block,orCyl.
• Capacit y :V-VOL'scapacity.IfyouselectedMB from the Capacity Unit list, enter a whole number
from 46 to 2097151. If you selected block, enter a whole num ber from 96000 to 4294967296.
If you selected Cyl, enter a whole number from 50 to 2236962.
