RCU Path Parameters
For serial channel interface, the RCU path parameters are similar to the channel path definitions in the I/O
configuration dataset (IOCDS). In the IOCDS, a logical path is specified with a subchannel number, link
destination address, and logical address for the CU. TC390 uses the “port” parameter instead of the
subchannel number to specify the MCU’s port. For the XP1024/XP128/XP12000/XP10000, the logical
address must correspond to the CU number. The following figures shows a sample TC390 serial channel
configuration with two paths.
