4 If you are still experiencing problems and need to speak with an HP Customer
Support Representative do the following:
– Have the specific name of your HP PSC, as it appears on the device, available.
– Have your serial number and service ID ready. To display your serial number,
press OK and Start Black at the same time, until the serial number appears in
the color graphics display. To display your service ID, press OK and Start Color
at the same time, until Service ID: and the number appear in the color graphics
display.
– Print a Self-Test Report. See print a self-test report on page 81 for information
on printing this report.
– Make a color copy.
– Be prepared to describe your problem in detail.

Call 1-800-HP-INVENT. US phone support is available in both English and Spanish
languages 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (days and hours of support may change without
notice). This service is free during the warranty period. A fee may apply outside the
warranty period.
