Remove the NAND flash module bracket, and then remove the NAND flash module from the SAS
controller.
To replace the component, reverse the removal procedure.
FBWC procedures
Three types of procedures are provided for the FBWC option:
• Removing the capacitor pack (on page 60)
• Replacing the FBWC capacitor pack and cable (on page 63)
• Recovering data from the FBWC (on page 69)
Removing the capacitor pack
To remove the component:
1. Power down the workstation blade (on page 26).
2. Remove the workstation blade (on page 28).
3. Remove the access panel ("Access panel" on page 28).
