Installing a riser card
To install the riser card with the bracket into the system board:
1. Align the riser card connector with the slot on the system board and then insert the assembly into the slot.
2. Fasten the screw to secure the bracket to the chassis.

To remove the PCIe card:
1. Remove the screw that secures the PCIe card.
2. Open the PCIe latch.
3. Pull the PCIe card back and away from the PCIe riser card.
4. Slide the PCIe bracket across the chassis.
5. Close the PCIe latch.
