Verify that the keyboard cable is securely connected to the keyboard
port (not the mouse port) on the rear panel of the server.
If the problem persists, replace the keyboard or contact your HP
Customer Support provider.
212 Keyboard Controller
Failed
Keyboard controller failed test.
281 Memory size found by
POST differed from
CMOS
The user has added or removed a memory module, thus a memory size
that is different from the previous boot up.
60D Power Supply Failure or
Power Supply
Unplugged
 Check if not plug the power cable
 Re-plug the power supply
 Replace the power supply with another one
60E Power supplies
mismatch, replace
slot#2 with identical
Power supply
Press F1 to continue
booting with one power
supply
When more then one power supply is installed in a system, and these
power supply are mismatch then this Error Message will be display and
Halted the system ,don’t allow the system to boot in this case.
604 System Fan 1 Missing Fan1is broken or not well connected, re-plug it or replace it with
another one
605 System Fan 2 Missing Fan2 is broken or not well connected, re-plug it or replace it with
another one
606 System Fan 3 Missing Fan3 is broken or not well connected, re-plug it or replace it with
another one
607 System Fan 4 Missing Fan4 is broken or not well connected, re-plug it or replace it with
another one
60F Fan Solution Not

Please check the system fans’ status as the above error code.
614 Uncorrectable Memory
ECC Error
If the system can’t source which DIMM has ECC faults, the system will
show this error.
616 Uncorrectable Memory
ECC Error - DIMM_J8
There is one Uncorrectable Memory ECC Error occurred on the DIM_J8
during the system running last time. Replace this DIMM with another
one.
617 Uncorrectable Memory
ECC Error - DIMM_J7
There is one Uncorrectable Memory ECC Error occurred on the DIM_J7
during the system running last time. Replace this DIMM with another
one.
618 Uncorrectable Memory
ECC Error - DIMM_J10
There is one Uncorrectable Memory ECC Error occurred on the
DIM_J10 during the system running last time. Replace this DIMM with
another one.
