To remove the X16 riser card from the bracket:
1. Remove the two screws securing the riser card to the bracket.
2. Pull the riser card away from the bracket.

To install the PCIe X16 riser card to the bracket:
1. Align the riser card with the bracket.
2. Fasten the two screws to secure the riser card to the bracket.
