Optimum Environment
When installing your ProLiant ML350 server into a rack, the following
requirements must be met:
■ Space
■ Power
■ Grounding
■ Temperature
■ Airflow
Space Requirements
Consider the following items when deciding where to install your Compaq
rack:
■ Clearance in front of the rack should be a minimum of 25 inches for
servicing.
■ Clearance in back of the rack should be a minimum of 30 inches to
allow for servicing and for adequate airflow.
