500 - 599, Graphics Controller Unit
Test Error Codes
The 500 series of diagnostic error codes identifies failures with graphics or
system board functions. Corrective action may require replacement of the
video board or the system board assembly.

1. Replace the monitor and retest.
2. Replace the Advanced VGA board and
retest,

If the controller is on a separate card,
replace the Graphics Controller board and
retest.
3. Replace the system board and retest.
