Expansion Board
To remove an expansion board:
1. Complete the preparation procedures. Refer to “Preparation Procedures” earlier in this
chapter.
2. Open the bezel door. Refer to “Bezel Door” earlier in this chapter.
3. Remove the access panel. Refer to “Access Panel” earlier in this chapter.
4. Disconnect any cables connected to the expansion board.
5. If an expansion board retainer is in place, loosen the thumbscrew of the expansion board
retainer (1), then pull the retainer out and away from the chassis (2).
