Troubleshooting the storage server

support ) can be used to troubleshoot problems with the storage server. After entering the storage ser ver
name and designation (for example, ML31 0 Data Protection Storage Ser ver) or component information
(for example, Array Conguration Utility), and selecting See support and troubleshooting information,
use the following links for troubleshooting information:

Manuals—This area provides the latest user documentation applicable to the product or
component. User guides can be a useful source for troubleshooting information. For m ost
storage server hardware platforms, the following ProLiant Server manuals may be useful for
troubleshooting a ssistance:
HP ProLiant <model> Ser ver User G uide or HP ProLiant <model> Server Maintenance and
Service Guide ( where <mo d el> is the product model of the storage server, such as “ML31 0”)
These guides contain specic troubleshooting information for the server. The guides are
available by selecting the app licable ProLiant Server series model, then the Manuals (guides,
supplements, add endums, ) link.
For example, instead of using “ML310 Data Protection Storage Server, enter “M L3 1 0 server”
