Supporting HP TeachNow, v 1.1 update

Temporarily disable firewall and antivirus on the server to determine whether the problems disappear. If the

problems resolve when you disable AV or firewall, then make sure that the server AV/firewall is not blocking the

following ports. (NVDD = the TeachNow Network Virtual Disk Driver.)
