Use
Have you reviewed the tutorial in
the TeachNow Teacher User
Guide (Chapter 3)?
Yes: Continue.
No: Use the guide to help walk the teacher through
the basic steps.
Chapter 2 provides the procedural steps for
creating a class, and adding a lesson and
lesson content, starting a class and progressing
through lessons, and ending the class. The
procedure for exporting a class (so the teacher
can move the class from one PC to another,
home to school, for example) is explained.
Has the interface generated an
error?
Yes: Were you able to recover after restarting the
browser?
Yes: Continue.
No: Document the error, recommend getting the local
Admin involved, and elevate to 2LS.
The Teacher interface is browser-based and
uses .NET techniques to interact with
TeachNow. If the interface generates an error,
and a browser restart does not resolve the
issue, the local Admin should become
involved.
