Replacing a Hot-Plug Fan
To replace a hot-plug fan:
1. Open the top access panels.
2. Squeeze the locking latch with your fingers (1) and lift the failed hot-plug fan out of the
host module (2).

3. Lower the new hot-plug fan into the host module until it rests on the system board
connector. Push the fan into the connector. The fan locking latch will lock into place.
4. Be sure that the LED is green and close the top access panels.
