Supported RAID Levels
RAID provides several fault-tolerant options to protect your cluster’s shared
data. However, each RAID level offers a different mix of performance,
reliability, and cost.
The RA4000/RA4100 Array and its RA4000 Array Controllers support these
RAID levels:
■ RAID 0
■ RAID 0+1
■ RAID 1
■ RAID 4
■ RAID 5
NOTE: RAID 0 does not provide the fault tolerance feature of other RAID levels.
