Power Supply Fan and Bracket
To remove the power supply fan and bracket:
1. Complete the preparation procedures. See “Powering Down the Server” earlier in this
chapter.
2. Remove the server cover. See “Server Cover” earlier in this chapter.
3. Unplug the fan from the system board.
4. Remove the three screws from the power supply fan bracket .
5. Move the fan assembly forward. Pull up to remove the fan assembly from the power
supply
.

Reverse steps 1 through 5 to replace the power supply fan and bracket.
