Slide Rail Assembly Components

Each slide rail assembly attaches to the server and to the rack-mounting

bracket. The components of the slide rail assembly include the outer bracket

rail, which includes the outer bracket rail 1 and the inner slide 2, and the

server rail 3, which attaches to the server.

NOTE:

To make installing the rack mounting bracket easier, attach the outer bracket rail

to the rack mounting bracket before attaching the rack mounting bracket assembly to the

rack. The joined mounting bracket and bracket rail can be fastened to the rack as one

assembly.
