IMPORTANT: Perform Steps 7 through 12 only if you wish to replace your ATA hard
drives with internal SCSI hard drives.
7. Remove the hard drive trays by performing the following steps:
a. Disconnect the ATA cable and the hard drive power cable from any
existing ATA hard drives.
b. Loosen the thumbscrews securing the hard drive trays to the chassis.
c. Slide the hard drive trays toward the rear of the chassis, and lift the
trays from the chassis.
8. Remove the center wall. See “Removing the Center Wall” earlier in this
chapter.
