the operating

Follow these steps:
1. Note the phase at which the operating system failed.
2. Remove any loaded operating system components.
3. Refer to your operating system documentation.
4. Reinitiate installation procedures.
An installation problem
occurred.
Refer to your operating system documentation and to the
SmartStart release notes.
The primary hard drive
controller installation is
incorrect.
To correct this problem, see “Setting Hard Drive Jumpers”
in Appendix D for complete instructions.

system.

Guide.

installation. Then, reinstall the new hardware.
