Hot-pluggable power supplies and disk drives
The DL2000
offers hot-pluggable, redundant power supplies (Figure 4 above). If one power supply
fails, the other power supply keeps the server running while you replace the defective power supply.
Additionally, hot-plug disk drives offer flexibility for data storage and service in the event that a disk
drive fails. Figure 5 shows how to identify the power supply and node locations from the rear of the
DL2000.
