Remove the FC mezzanine.
To install the component, reverse the procedure, and be sure to align the FC mezzanine with the FC
connectors ("Internal components" on page 56).
Battery-Backed Write Cache battery pack
The optional BBWC enabler provides the system with a means for storing and saving data in the event of
an unexpected system shutdown.
To remove the component:
1. Power down the server blade (on page 24).
2. Remove the server blade (on page 24).
3. Remove the access panel ("Access panel" on page 25).
4. Disconnect the cable from the cache module.
