Configuring the Switch Modules using the Web-based Interface
The Rx Size Analysis window displays the number of packets received that were within a
certain range of bytes in length. The following information is displayed:

Time Interval—Select the frequency at which the information on the screen is refreshed.
The setting can be between 1s and 60s, where “s” stands for seconds. The default value
is one second.
Record Number—Select the number of times the switch module will be polled. The
setting can be between 20 and 200. The default value is 20.
64—Displays the total number of packets (including bad packets) received that were
64 bytes in length (excluding framing bits but including FCS bytes).
65–127—Displays the total number of packets (including bad packets) received that were
between 65 and 127 bytes in length inclusive (excluding framing bits but including
FCS bytes).
128–255—Displays the total number of packets (including bad packets) received that
were between 128 and 255 bytes in length inclusive (excluding framing bits but including
FCS bytes).
256–511—Displays the total number of packets (including bad packets) received that
were between 256 and 511 bytes in length inclusive (excluding framing bits but including
FCS bytes).
512–1023—Displays the total number of packets (including bad packets) received that
were between 512 and 1023 bytes in length inclusive (excluding framing bits but
including FCS bytes).
1024–1518—Displays the total number of packets (including bad packets) received that
were between 1024 and 1518 bytes in length inclusive (excluding framing bits but
including FCS bytes).
Show/Hide—Select to display or hide received packets of the following lengths: 64, 65–
127, 128–255, 256–511, 512–1023, and 1024–1518.
Apply—Select to apply any changes made to the Time Interval, Record Number, and
Show/Hide fields.
Clear—Select to reset the counters.
