Open problems and workarounds
Problem 1 HSD76879
• First found-in version: F3170
• Description: For cross-VPN forwarding, if there is a cross-VPN route iteration loop,
shutting down the interface or deleting the interface address will trigger a cross-VPN
routing loop. The firewall CPU usage rate reaches 100% and responses to CLI
operations are very slow.
• Workaround: Avoid cross-VPN route iteration loop.
Problem 2 HSD96450
• First found-in version: F3170
• Description: The firewall operates in high temperatures for a long time, but the system
generates only one alarm when the temperature exceeds the threshold. No constant
alarms are given.
• Workaround: After the firewall prompts a high temperature alarm, it may stay in high
temperatures for a long time. You must pay attention to the temperature until it drops
to the normal value.
Problem 3 HSD98186
• First found-in version: F3171P03
• Description: The firewall cannot send user logs to the IPv6 log host through a Layer 3
sub-interface.
• Workaround: Send user logs through a physical interface or send them to the IPv4 log
host.
