following things separately or in combination:
● If the distance between your computer or access point and the HP Wireless
Dock Base is significant, try reducing the distance.
● If there are one or more objects in the transmission path, clear the path
between the HP Wireless Dock Base and the computer or access point.
● If a wireless telephone, microwave, or other device that emits radio signals is
nearby, move it farther away to reduce radio interference.
HP Photosmart Share troubleshooting
Use this section to solve the following HP Photosmart Share problems:
● No network connection
● Failed to connect to HP Photosmart Share
● Connection lost to HP Photosmart Share service
● HP Photosmart Share storage limit exceeded
● Login failed
● HP Photosmart Share service discontinued
● HP Photosmart Share service is temporarily unavailable

No network connection
Cause There might be some sort of interference. The HP Wireless Dock Base
might be out of range of the access point.
Solution Verify that physical barriers and other forms of interference are
limited. Also, try moving the HP Wireless Dock Base and the access point closer
together.
Failed to connect to HP Photosmart Share
Cause The domain name server (DNS) did not have an entry for the URL.
Solution Check the DNS settings, then try the task again later.
Cause The HP Photosmart Share service is not responding. Either the service
is down for maintenance, the proxy settings are inaccurate, or you are not
connected to the Internet.
Solution Try the following:
● Check your proxy settings.
● Check your network connections.
● Try the task again later.
Cause The DNS IP address is unknown or invalid.
