To uninstall: method 2

Note Use this method if Uninstall is not available in the Windows Start menu.

1. On the Windows taskbar, click Start, Settings, Control Panel.

2. Double-click Add/Remove Programs.

3. Select HP Wireless Dock Base, and then click Change/Remove.

Follow the onscreen instructions.

4. Restart your computer.

5. Insert the HP Wireless Dock Base CD-ROM into the CD-ROM drive on your

computer, and then start the Setup program.

6. Follow the onscreen instructions and the instructions provided in the Quick Start

Guide that came with your HP Wireless Dock Base.

To uninstall: method 3

Note This is an alternate method if Uninstall is not available in the Windows

Start menu.

1. Insert the HP Wireless Dock Base CD-ROM into the CD-ROM drive on your

computer, and then start the Setup program.

2. Select Uninstall and follow the onscreen directions.

3. Restart your computer.

4. Start the Setup program for your HP Wireless Dock Base again.

5. Select Reinstall.

6. Follow the onscreen instructions and the instructions provided in the Quick Start

Guide that came with your HP Wireless Dock Base.

Mac: To uninstall

1. Double-click the Applications: HP Photosmart Software folder.

2. Double-click HP Uninstaller.

Follow the onscreen instructions.

3. After the software is uninstalled, disconnect your HP Wireless Dock Base, and

then restart your computer.

4. To reinstall the software, insert the HP Wireless Dock Base CD-ROM into the CD-

ROM drive on your computer.

5. On the desktop, open the CD-ROM and then double-click HP Photosmart 6222

Installer.

6. Follow the onscreen instructions and the instructions provided in the Quick Start

Guide that came with your HP Wireless Dock Base.

Wireless setup troubleshooting

This section addresses problems you might encounter setting up a network. Check

the device display for specific error messages.
