1.3 What Has Been Fixed in Version 9.3
Version 9.3 of the Utility Meter software includes the following fixes:
• QC 1104 “After an unexpected abort, restarting the ucd does not correctly initialize the filesystem”.
• QC 1329 “e2etest dumps core checking connectivity to HP”.
• Changing the date (via GUI/umadmin) always sets year to 2010.
1.4 Known Issues
Version 9.3 of the Utility Meter software has the following known issues:
• You can't run an end-to-end from the GUI. See Section 3.3.2: “Running the End-to-End Test”) for how
to run an end-to-end test from the command line.
• You can't use the umadmin collect command to force collections for PPUSD1 devices.
• The umadmin collect -all command always runs assuming -nowait was specified.
• When adding a PPU WBEM Partition/Server the Device Name should be the first part of the Hostname.
Otherwise the Transported Files Status table on the Troubleshoot tab will incorrectly display 0 for
"Number of Transported Files".
• In the GUI you can receive an "Internal Server Error" due to a timeout if an action takes more than 3
to 5 minutes (ex. Trying to add a 3PAR array with an invalid IP address).
