3. Locate Maintain Output Types by clicking Sales and Distribution -> Basic Functions -> Output Control ->
Output Determination -> Output Determination Using the Condition Technique -> Maintain Output
Determination for Sales Documents.
4. Click the Execute icon next to Maintain Output Types.
The Display View “Output Types”: Overview screen appears.
5. Double-click the output type BA00 (Order Confirmation).
The Display View “Output Types”: Details screen appears.
6. On the Default values tab, verify that the value in the Transmission medium field is either External send (for
e-mail) or Fax.
7. Press the Back buttontogobacktotheDisplay View “Output Types”: Overview screen.
