This technical update includes important information about HP Output
Distributor 2.0 (formerly known as HP Dazel Output Distributor). The purpose
of this technical update is to provide information about support of HP Output
Distributor 2.0 on the IBM AIX 5.3 and Solaris 10 operating systems.
Support on AIX 5.3 and Solaris 10
Hewlett-Packard certifies that HP Output Distributor 2.0 at service pack level
04.3 functions on IBM UNIX hosts running the AIX 5.3 operating system
(64-bit kernel) and on SPARC UNIX hosts running the Solaris 10 operating
system (64-bit kernel).
For a complete list of supported operating systems for HP Output Distributor
2.0, refer to “Supported operating systems” on page 1. For information about
installing Service Pack 04.3 for HP Output Distributor 2.0, refer to the release
