Controlling Applications
As a user assigned the Administrator privilege level, you can use the Manage
Tools page (Settings > Manage Tools) to start or stop applications and view
selected properties.

For example, you can use this feature to start and stop application services during
software updates.
Choose a single application and click Properties to display a list of individual
services associated with the application. You cannot stop individual services
associated with an application.
