2. Select Tools > GroupWise Utilities > Backup/Restore Mailbox.

3. The Restore tab is automatically selected for you, with the restore area and

directory location displayed for verification, as shown in the following:

4. To restore the selected user’s mailbox items in his or her mailbox, select "Yes".

5. Notify the user and explain that he or she might want to delete unwanted

restored items manually. Restored items not accessed by the user will be

deleted after 7 days because they exceed the age limit for active mailbox

items.
