To set the time stamp for each database in the post office, enter GWTMSTMP /ph-

post_office_directory /SET. The current time is written to each database.

Another way to set the time stamp for the user databases is through ConsoleOne.

To set the time stamp, do the following:

1. In ConsoleOne, expand the GroupWise System.

2. Select the desired post office or user.

3. Select Tools > GroupWise Utilities > Backup/Restore Mailbox.

4. Select Backup.
