Accessing Insight Control for vCenter
After completing the installation and configuration procedures, you can access Insight Control for
vCenter two ways:
• “Using the vSphere Client to access Insight Control for vCenter” (page 28)
• “Using the vSphere Web Client to access Insight Control for vCenter” (page 28)
• The vSphere Client is a .Net client that utilizes drop-down lists to navigate Insight Control for
vCenter. See Figure 4 (page 27).
• The vSphere Web Client is a web-based client that utilizes tabs to navigate Insight Control
for vCenter. The HP Insight Management content is displayed on the Monitor page, the Manage
page, and the Summary page.
