7. When the installation is finished, delete the file HP Insight Control Storage Module
for vCenter.exe from the Windows /Temp directory listed in the %TEMP% Windows
system variable.
For example, if Windows variable %TEMP% is C:\Documents and Settings\
Administrator\Local Settings\Temp\1, then the file to delete can be found in C:\
Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temp.
NOTE: Remove the file only after successfully upgrading the Storage Module for vCenter.
P9500 disk arrays are supported only with the default security option Command Device
Authentication Security Disabled.
Snapshot and remote replication information is not reported for MSA2000 G2 and P2000 G3
MSA arrays.
Provisioning on P2000 SAS arrays is supported on ESXi 5.0 and ESX 4.1 only.
Provisioning on P2000 FC arrays is supported on ESX 4.x and ESXi 5.0 only.
When you use the storage provisioning features with P6000 EVA arrays, new datastores and
virtual machines cannot be created on thin-provisioned devices. You can clone an existing virtual
machine that resides on a thin-provisioned device, but the clone will be on a thick-provisioned
device.
