The inventory tool reports a failure
To resolve this issue, ensure that the target server is a supported model and that the HP Insight
Management agents are installed and configured.
Inventory tool runs but data is not collected
To resolve this issue, ensure that the Hardware Inventory Client Agent is scheduled to run and
configured to collect IDMIF and NOIDMIF files.
After a Windows deployment, the HP inventory data does not include the
WBEM Provider version information
To resolve this issue, schedule the inventory tool to be executed again on that same target. The
version information will be gathered.
With version 2013.09.0 or later, the deployment task sequence does not
install the latest HP Insight Management WBEM Providers
Due to an installation problem with the latest HP Insight Management WBEM Providers component,
in the context of the ProLiant task sequence, an earlier version of the HP Insight Management
WBEM Providers component is included in the kit.
To resolve this issue, manually install the latest HP Insight Management WBEM Providers component
to the newly deployed servers.
With version 2014.02.0 or later, the deployment task sequence does not
install the latest HP Insight Management Agents
Due to an installation problem with the latest HP Insight Management Agents component, in the
context of the ProLiant task sequence, an earlier version of the HP Insight Management Agents
component is included in the kit.
To resolve this issue, manually install the latest HP Insight Management Agents component to the
newly deployed servers.
