does not take into

the -c option.
num_base_cells
Specifies the
number of cells
(belonging to N
cells), for which
base has to be
assigned as the cell
type.
clm_value
Specifies the
amount of the
memory that will be
used as local
(noninterleave)
memory for all base
cells (belonging to
N cells). Please refer
to the explanation of
the -c option for
details of the
clm_value
formats.
NOTE: The values
specified for
num_base_cells
and clm_value are
not considered
while determining
the celltype and
clm_value for the
cells specified
through the -c
option. The
numcells keyword
can be specified
only once and is
mutually exclusive
with keywords
mincpus and
minmem.
-OOSname
Specifies the name and configuration type of the operating
system running on the local partition or target partition
(-u option specified).
The valid values for OSname are:
