The VLAN instance is not active

1. Check the HP VAN SDN Controller OpenFlow Monitor and check whether the switch is
listed.
2. If the switch is listed in HP VAN SDN Controller, but not in the application Device status
tab, check the SNMPV3 credentials.
3. Delete and add the SNMPV3 credentials in the application.

SNMPv3 credentials setup issue on the switch or SNMPv3 credentials for the
switch does not match the credentials configured in the application.
