/opt/sdn/virgo/serviceability/logs/log.log
View the SDN Controller logs for details related to the SDN controller and the switch connection
issues. This log also contains information about packet in and packet out issues and the general
VAN SDN controller functioning.
/opt/sdn/cassandra/log/system.log
View the Cassandra system log for the database logs of application.
Export the Support Logs
The export operation moves the set of log files from the application (as a compressed file) to the
local system running the browser (that is, to the sdn-all-logs.zip file in the directory in which the HP
VAN SDN Controller is configured to store downloads). In Ubuntu installations, this is usually the
Downloads directory.
1. To download the support logs, click on the Export.
