HP Network Protector SDN Application Administrator Guide

Grace allowance
The HP Network Protector SDN Application controls the number of users by licenses and provides
a grace allowance of 20% for the application users. For example, if you purchase a 100–user HP
Network Protector SDN Application base license, the maximum number of concurrent users allowed
in active sessions is 120. There is no grace time allowance for the HP Network Protector RepDV
subscription licenses.
Obtaining product license keys
You can obtain your product license keys from MNP (My Networking portal). After purchasing the
HP Network Protector SDN Application electronic licenses, you can register them on MNP by using
the HP VAN SDN Controller Install ID and obtain the application product license keys. You can
use MNP to transfer the application licenses from one machine to another.
