README for HP Neoview Release 2.5 (R2.5)
Description and RecoveryError Code and Text
The client was unable to identify the home directory. The home
directory is most often defined by the HOME environment variable.
If that variable is not set on the workstation, the security client
derives the directory name from the environment variables
HOMEDRIVE and HOMEPATH. If those variables are not defined
on the workstation, the driver derives the directory name from the
Java property user.home. If that property is also not defined on
the workstation, then this error occurs.
To address this problem, set either the HOME environment variable
or the HOMEDRIVE and HOMEPATH variables.
[29720] No HOME environment variables are
set on the system.

An error occurred while downloading the certificate: error-text
Indicates that the certificate could not be downloaded from the Neoview platform to the
workstation. The message description specifies the error. For example, it is possible to alter
the security policy to forbid automatic download of certificates. In this case, an attempt to
download a certificate will produce the error “auto-download is disabled.”
