Your password has expired. See the
administrator. If you are a platform user
or a locally authenticated database user
whose password has expired, you can no
longer change your own password, but a
ROLE.SECMGR or ROLE.MGR user can
change your password for you, as
described in “Changing a Platform User
Password” (page 106) or “Changing a
Database User Password” (page 103).
If you are a remotely authenticated
database user whose password and grace
count have both expired, see your LDAP
administrator about changing your
password on the external LDAP server.

The security policy specifies that a login
can proceed only if it can be logged. In this
case, the action could not be logged, so the
user is not allowed access, even though he
or she presented valid credentials. Try to
determine why logging failed, and correct
that problem.

logged and logging was required

This error can have any of a variety of
causes, including problems in
communication with the external directory
server. If other users are having similar
problems, contact the security
administrator, who can begin by
examining the LDAP server configuration
on Neoview.
If this condition persists, contact HP
Support.
